Maswell Park Crescent – Rear & Side Extensions, Garage Conversion & Full Ground‑Floor Transformation
On Maswell Park Crescent, we delivered a full rear extension along with a modest side extension, and a garage conversion under a comprehensive design‑and‑build contract. From start to finish, all planning applications, building regulations compliance, architectural drawings, and local authority approvals were expertly managed to ensure a smooth delivery.
The new layout includes a brand-new utility room and a dedicated office space in the converted garage, complemented by an additional ground‑floor washroom. To unify the home and modernise it, the entire ground floor was refurbished and reimagined with a contemporary aesthetic, combining functionality and style. We incorporated underfloor heating throughout, delivering energy efficiency and occupant comfort. At the rear, expansive bifold doors flood the interior with natural light and seamlessly connect the interior living areas to the outdoor space, creating an open, fluid transition.
Every detail was conceived to enhance performance and appeal. High-spec finishes and a quality modern kitchen anchor the design, with carefully chosen fixtures and materials elevating the whole space.
