Build Joy delivered a full design & build, double‑storey extension in Fruin Road, Feltham, taking the project from concept through planning, building regulations, control approval, and full construction. The clients required a modern, open-plan layout and additional rooms to suit their growing family. We demolished the original rear kitchen, reconfigured the ground floor to include a full bathroom and an expanded kitchen‑living space, and extended the first floor by 3 meters to create an extra bedroom with ensuite. Throughout the process, we managed all planning submissions, structural and architectural design, building control coordination, and site works to deliver a seamless transformation.
